- Overexposure adds white noise
- Color balance was at 6000, which seems high. Alien Bees bulbs are supposed to be 5600.
- ExpoDisc can be wrong if aimed in the wrong direction, should be pointed at the camera position, not at the lights.
- Shoot at 5x4 ratio so you don't have to crop every image in Lightroom
- Review histogram often for proper exposure, don't trust the light meter
- Review the high key lighting to make sure the background is still lit as you want it
