Below is a set of suggestions for you to consider; some items may
not apply depending on the type of shoot (Casual vs. Glamour). The intent
is to do what we can to capture you at your very best! |
| |
|
No less than a week before the shoot (to allow irritation to subside):
-
If you wax, wax your brows and other areas otherwise pluck your brows.
-
If you color or highlight your hair, plan to do it at least a week before the
shoot.
-
If you have dark hair on your arms or face, it should be bleached or waxed.
On the day of the shoot:
-
Bring makeup, hair, and body products with you to the shoot so you can touch-up
and/or change out.
-
At a minimum, bring the items in your wardrobe that we agreed on in the
planning session, but feel free to bring other items if you think they will
work.
-
Women, don’t forget your lingerie to go with each outfit. Bring in black, beige
and white. Bras should be seamless with a smooth front; no lace. Bring in a
strapless bra and thong in a neutral tone. you can bring in colored hose or
tights. Fun stockings if you’re doing something with an edge.
-
Choose clothes that fit you well, nothing baggy. Shoes should be appropriate
for the attire. Suits should be a modern cut and fit great through shoulders
and sleeve length.
-
Bring in a mix of color and basic black and creme separates. Solids work well.
Textured tops add a nice dimension. Choose separates that will go with
several combinations.
-
Hats, scarves, jewelry, purses are great props to work with.
-
Any additional props you can think of will be appreciated.
-
Bring a sturdy pair of sneakers or other shoes for location walking.
