Below is the typical process that we follow for modeling sessions.

• If you'd like to have our studio shoot a modeling session, send us an email at Info@RWinsPhoto.com with the following information:
  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • Describe the type of shoot you are interested in:
    • Casual
    • Fashion
    • Sports/Fitness
    • Commercial
    • Editorial
    • Swimsuit
    • Lingerie
    • Fine Art
  • Indicate when you need the work done
  • Indicate whether you are interested in a studio and/or location shoot. If you need a location shoot, let us know what location or describe the type of location you'd like us to identify.
• We will have one or more discussions by phone or email to collaborate on the shoot. We'll discuss such things as:
  • Purpose of the photo session
  • Categories to include within the session
  • Determine the location of the shoot
  • Determine the moods and expressions
  • Set a time and duration for the shoot
  • Describe our policies
  • Coordinate wardrobe, makeup, hair styles, accessories, and props 
• For new locations, we will visit the location before the day of the shoot to plan out where to shoot and understand any limitations.
• We'll provide a set of images with suggested poses, lighting, and emotions/moods and ask you to indicate those images that you would like to include in your photo session.
• We typically schedule a face-to-face meeting for about 20 mins to finalize plans and answer any questions you might have.  We find this increases your comfortable level, builds trust, and increases collaboration... all important to a good photo shoot.
• The day before, we'll confirm the time and location of the photo session.
• On the day of the shoot, we'll show up about an 1 hour before the start of the session for final location review and initial test exposures.
• During the session, we'll continue the collaboration and monitor the energy level with appropriate breaks.
• At the end of the shoot, we'll ask you to sign a model release form.
• After the session, we'll process your images; we'll identify the best quality images, retouch them, then present them for your review on our website.
• Following your selection, we'll process your print or CD order.
